Virginia ARFCOM hometown tactical pistol and rifle class 2007

Hi all,

I'm a long time Arfcom member that was recently turned on to this site by Bladerunner. I love the wealth of knowledge here and cannot wait to contribute meaningfully.

Last weekend a dozen or so of us from the ARFCOM VA hometown forum got together for some great (free!) tactical pistol and rifle training. I took a ton of pictures, many of which I have posted on ARFCOM.

I thought that you all would enjoy this too. There are great folks on both sites and this weekend I got to meet quite a few of them.

Honestly, most guys here would rather light their own head on fire than enter GD on that other site.

It's very cool you guys got together to share some knowledge. Highwayman (aka Matt) invited me down and asked me to maybe to give some pistol shooting instruction/tips. This weekend was the very wet/muddy VA/MD Sectional (which totally sucked) in Fredericksburg. Sometime in the future I might be able to make it down for something like that.

I understand completely, but as the old saying goes - "don't throw out the baby with the bathwater". There are some great folks on BOTH sites.

GD at ARFCOM is a general pit of mayhem, though.

It's amaing how much knowledge we all have to share and I truly enjoyed getting to know some of the great folks on ARFCOM. With the higher level of expertise that this site offers I'll bet a weekend class would be unbelievably cool.

Plus you guys seem to have far cooler toys over here

I used to post over at .nutz waaaay back in the day, before I got banned for pointing out how much Joeken sucked and for defending K-VAR.

There are some good guys over at TOS, and coincidently, they're starting to show up here...
