Gentlemen -- refrain from personal attacks.
Secondly - give the round count remember that the "book" lifespan of the bolt and several other parts is 5k. While many, many surpass this figure without failure - at this point it is usually time to start looking at preventative maintenance.
In a factory rifle - one is recommended to first seek remedy from the factory, preferably before coming to the internet. While a lot of info can be gleaned by casual users of the AR platfrom from what has been posted on the internet, it really is not a subsidy for having a knowledgeable professional inspect the firearm in person, sometime the factory can recommend a qualified armorer in your area. [yes the above is in fact a run on sentence]
I will close with a reminder that personal attacks are not tolerated here -- neither is trolling others attempting to get them to lash back at you.
Failure to abide by the M4 Carbine Mission Statement will result in 1) less enjoyment for the usergroup 2) zero enjoyment for you as you will be "asked" to leave.

Wow, I was away from my computer all weekend and look what happened...I did not mean for this to be a slam session on Bushys. My friend has a BM as well as some other carbines that have BM lowers or uppers. I think that BM's are ok for going to the range and "plinking" but my BM can not eaven plink properly. All I am saying is that MY BM is not working like it should. I will get some pictures for all off you hopefully by tomarrow. You can rule out the gas problem because it doesnt feed with the first round. It is the feed ramps, I am sure. I did call Bushmaster and they were very willing to take the weapon back and either fix the problem or replace the weapon. The lady was being so nice that i could not tell her what a piece of crap that I thought the gun was. Go figure.... Anyway thanks for all of the comments and I will continue to take any others thanks again..
Before anyone gets mad, I am not slamming Bushmasters. I just think that I got a bad one and I am not happy about it.
Generally speaking, if you cannot chamber a round off a fully loaded mag, the issue is with your buffer spring. It could also be that the mag is holding the rounds too tightly, but since you tried several mags, I am willing to bet that the buffer spring is under powered (is common).
Good luck and send it back to BM.

Should I try a different buffer spring before I send it back?
Johnson601;
Grant's suggestion is good. try a new buffer sprg., or a sprg. known to be good from another weapon. Maybe the buffer spring is defective. That would be easier and cheaper than paying the shipping and insurance to send it back to bushmaster.
Could the feedramp be rough or out of spec'?
Cold Zero
Compliments of Submariner from and old thread, here's how you verify if spring lengths are still within spec or need to be changed:
Action spring............................................Free length of spring shall be:
M16A2 -- between 11-3/4 and 13-1/2 inches (29.84 and 34.29 cm)
M4/M4A1 -- between 10-1/16 and 11-1/4 inches (25.56 and 28.58 cm)
