Quality 16" midlenght upper with FF rail system and no FSB

I am looking to purchase a complete 16" midlength gas system upper with a FF rail system such as Daniel Defense, KAC URX II, Larue, etc...
Must NOT have FSB.
I will consider uppers from BCM, Novesker, Daniel Defense, LMT, and Larue. Prefer factory made uppers as opposed to "home made" ones.
My budget is $1000 give or take a few, and the upper should be complete with BUIS and BCG.
