LMT MWS and Troy Folding sights

This is probably a stupid question, but I wanted to make sure.

When I get my MWS, I plan on replacing the factory fixed sights with folding sights.

I assume that you can use the same Troy folding sights that you can with an AR15.

Am I correct in my assumption?

perfectly fine using Troy's. Mine didn't even need to be adjusted they were dead on as soon as I attached them to the rifle. That doesn't happen too often(never). You are good to go.

Already answered, but more specifically, the answer lies in the MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail, which is the standard for tactical long guns.

My factory LMT sights were pretty much dead on, and the Troys were pretty close. I used a Troy front sight.
