Has anyone use one of these yet? When I saw it, I thought I misread it but here it is:

Hmm....
Very interesting. The gas block looks like the carbine spot to me based on the pics. I don't know if you could even get a middy gas port and gas block onto an 11.5?
I would verify with Paul that the whole thing isn't a typo before making a move.
On the other hand if anyone could make it work well, it's BCM.![]()

Zombies seek out and eat brains. Don't worry; you'll be safe if they attack.
I'm going to need more info before I jump on this. I have seen so many threads saying that a 12.5 middie wouldn't work, make me think it might be a typo. If it isn't that changes things for my build...LOL

Now that is a gun I'd be willing to move to another state to get my hands on.middy or not.

it's clearly a standard 11.5 barrel with a middy rail. nothing new.
Look at the pic- carbine system.![]()
Do not taunt Happy Fun Ball...
The MK18 RIS II rail system is built around a carbine barrel, this is just using an 11.5" barrel instead of the 10.3/ 10.5".
Nice setup.
