Watched them and am utilizing your web site for additional information. I am transitioning from the “eat everything in sight” approach to better nutrition habits. The old approach is starting to catch up with me.

It always does when you get older.

Thanks for all the good info, Will. I've been thinking about getting back into taking some protein suppliments. In my early 20s I did some amature body building competition, but I never got too serious about it. Now that I'm approaching my mid 30s, I'm getting back into it again only with more wisdom. Any recommendations on a good whey protein for muscle growth with limited fat gain? Thanks.

In terms of what, brands, types? As mentioned in the vid, my article "The Whey it is" covers just about everything one could need to know on the topic.

Eggs, chicken, fish, beef, etc, are all good, but whey possesses various unique properties none of those have.

Depends on some variables, such as total cals, total protein, activity levels, etc, etc. Common intake is 40g (2 x 20g scoop) post workout.
