I would call it NIB, but it came with the wrong Arsenal box.
It has the Arsenal flash suppresor, not muzzle brake.
I value the package at $900.
$600 for the rifle and $300 for the mags.
I would like to trade it for a 16", mid length upper, or 14.5" carbine upper, or can add a little cash for complete AR.
I am in SE MI.
