    In 9 years in the military I have seen thousands of rounds chambered and the only ADs I ever saw where beacuse the solider had there finger on the trigger.
    But combined with using non-military ammo with "soft" primers (LE units use such, at least here in Europe), stronger recoil spring and heavier buffer, closing BCG group can deliver enough momentum to firing pin to ignite primer. At least that was reason behind adding firing pin safety in HK416.
