Anyone have a TROY battle ax grip yet?

I can't think of anything better on an AR than an AK grip! Anyone else have one yet? I might upgrade all my AR's to Battle Ax grips.

With my monkey mitts the last thing I need is a smaller pistol grip.

The MIAD with large backstrap is just about as perfect a grip for me as I have ever tried.

While I generally like most Troy Ind products I have not been impressed enough with the design of any of their polymer items to feel the need to give them a try.

They are certainly of a different design than many others on the market and I hope for them fit a niche. I wish them the best, but again won't be trying their stock or grip on my rifles anytime soon.

Let us know what you think though once you put it through its paces. I've yet to see anyone running one.

I, for one, have small hands.

Sorry, folks, but little grips suck big canal water! I totally agree on the MIAD with large
back strap. I even add a length of bike inner tube over the whole thing for better grip
and to make it just a smidge bigger too.

Most people over-size their grips the same way they over-size their shoes, I guess based on the same kind of faulty big-paw=big-penis logic. I watch people all the time that put the largest parts on their MIAD and then can't reach the controls. Pure genius.

I want one of the new Troys for a woman/kid gun. Looking forward to it.

I'm interested in this, since I've got small girly-man hands. Tried the MagPul grips, and while they're nice, they're not right for me. Maybe this will work

I think this would be a perfect role for this particular grip.

I can't comment on the big shoes equaling big other parts of one's anatomy, but do know that not everyone is big or small, tall or short, etc. and that this grip will undoubtedly work for someone.

That being said, I can understand the desire for a grip with smaller circumference, but I don't understand the perceived need for a shorter pistol grip, but like I said I have big hands so maybe I'm missing something.
