I have one, just didn't have it on in these pics.

absolutely beautiful setup though, didn't mean to sound like a butt. mine is very similar but with a 14.5in barrel. I want to SBR the lower and then cut the barrel back to 12.5 or 11.5, seeing yours though makes me really like the 12.5. seems like the perfect all around rifle, not too short and obnoxious, but SBRd enough to have the SBR benefits. nice work.

I really like that build! Were you planning on attaching an optic, or were you going to keep it straight irons?

I have an Aimpoint H-1 and a C3 that will both be getting used until I decide which one it is going to be. Right now the H-1 has been getting all the time.

Any reason you don't have the BCE comp mounted bottom to the 6 o'clock?

It was just put on to test the threading. I had a minor issue with mine not wanting to thread correctly. It has since been fixed (with great customer service I might add by BC).

I like it a lot as well. Guess you decided to change some furniture around too when you installed the comp.

Were you able to stay under $2k, including the stamp?

That is a great rifle. What kind of accuracy do you get at 100 yds?

Have you had a chance to take it to a carbine class yet?

I had the FDE parts so I threw them on to see how they looked/it felt. It feels a bit better with the CTR on there so the FDE may stay. I will have to crunch the numbers and see what my total was.

Nice rifle, thanks very much for your service. If I had my way we'd give guys like you a free rifle every year for life! May you wear out many, many barrels.
