    Question Difference between two zeros

Does anyone know how much of a difference there will be in the zeros for 62 grain .223 practice ammo, and M855?

This is out of a 16" barrel.

It is Federal's American Eagle brand.

    Shoot both and see.

In some of my guns, the difference between 55gr and 62gr isn't very much (not enough for me to adjust the sights since I don't shoot 62gr regularly).

I was planning on just shooting both and finding out for myself, but I wanted to see if anyone could let me know what I should expect.

I can't wait until I can make another trip to the range

American "beagle" should be under pressured compared to true Mil-Spec M855 so you will see a shift at somewhere around 40-50yds I would think. Longer distances are really going to showing the differences.

Here is the information for the Federal Eagle ammo

Wikipedia lists M855 as ~2791 ft/s ~1313 ft·lbf, but doesn't say what range. Not sure why I am posting this as I will be finding out at the range eventually, but there are the numbers.

ETA: Thanks for all the responses so far
