They do - it’s the Fighter Brake.

The fighter brake is available in 14x1LH but the Gen II is only available in 24MMX1.5 RH

This isn't an AK but it is a Russian Type Weapon. It started life as a 1960 Polish Type III RPD that was never issued. The RPD Parts Kit was all matching and included the barrel. I had Project Guns build this for me on a Semi Auto Receiver. I also had them shorten the Barrel & Bi-Pod to 16". They also attached a M249 Nut Sack Hanger on the left side of the receiver and installed an M60 Style Flash Hider.
