    Question BOBRO Mounts ofr TR24G

Looking for a mount for my optic. I would like to have a BOBRO. I know that the mounts on Trijicons site for Accupoints are BOBRO.
    What I need to know...
Do the quick release 30mm standard mount and the quick release 30mm extended mount have the same centerline height?? I am pretty confident the 30mm extended height is like 1.55"

Are the Trijicon models the same as any other BOBRO 30mm mount?

I can't seem to get an answer fast enough from BOBRO...hoping someone here will know!!! Thanks

The extended mount has the rings offset farther forward of the base.

Either should work, but generally I don't think folks are finding they need the extended version with the TR24's.

Both mounts have the rings at the same height but the extended just moves the rings forward more for scopes that have very generous eye relief.

I'm sponsored by Bobro for 3gun for optic mounts and bipods.

I understand about the extended part. I am really just concerned about the centerline height. I have an MRP so I really don't wan't the extended version but I do want the height. A friend has the 30mm extended version with his GRSC and it is close to 1.6". I am assuming the standard 30mm mount made for Trijicon is the same as other BOBRO 30mm standard mounts but with the TRIJICON logo. The reason I ask is because on Trijicon's site the 30mm standard states that it is a low profile mount. And that the extended version is intended for AR platform.

    Thanks

I spoke with Andrew Bobro today and he informed me that the standard 30mm mount sits at a height .2" lower than the extended version. Just good to know.

Did he happen to quote the centerline height for the Standard? I'm interested in trying something (preferably still a QD) that would put my NF a good .25" or so lower than my LaRue 30mm SPR mount, even if it's too low for most rear BUIS.

Love the LaRue, but I sometimes struggle with the sight height from prone.

Actually, I was working in a maximum security prison today so reception was really bad. I didn't ask him about the exact height numbers but wish I had. I may try to call again. A buddy has the extended version and he measured his from the top of rail to center it was essentially 1.6". If you find out otherwise...post it please.

Ok...From what I can gather the height of the 30mm extended mount is 1.625". Bobro told me the standard 30mm mount was .2 lower which would make it 1.425". Hope this helps....someone.

Thanks. That would put the Bobro standard at 1.4-ish Vs (I think) 1.54" for the the 30mm LaRue LT-104. Not really enough for me to change, but the Bobro standard will likely be my next mount.

Yeah don't quote me on these numbers. But I hope it's close. Just so you know, I have also been looking at ADM mounts (look real nice) and they list there heights on there web site. Most of there 30mm mounts are 1.47"
