Let's see some of those tight AR target groups!!

Any of you guys out there who enjoy shooting tight groups with a precision AR15 or AR variant have a target or two to show off? Real tight 5 shot groups especially impress me, as I have trouble getting beyond 3 well placed shots myself! I'd love to see how those targets look, and hear from you what kind of rifle, barrel, or load did it for you!!

Dusted off this old target scan. The groups have since opened up, no doubt because of a large number of nuclear loads eroding the throat:

This is from 100 yds. 30 rds. from a standing position. 2-3 rds per second. 4 MOA Strikefire red dot.

Wow.... 2-3 rounds a second, standing, at 100 yards. You're a pretty damn good shot considering the 4MOA red dot and mag dump in 10 seconds. Id love to see some video of this one...

Not really a tight group but this is pulling the trigger as soon as I could get the reticle back on target, pause, and then shoot. ~2 secs a shot or so. 100 yards with a LaRue Stealth upper and Short-Dot on 4X.

Hits on the right are from zeroing. Changed muzzle decives, and had to rezero. Grid targets making zeroing easy....

I've been told that a better gauge of accuracy would be a 10 shot group, not 3 or 5. During the carbine class taught by Tiger Swan, it was explained that 10 rounds gauged the shooter's overall trigger control/sight picture/ammunition/follow through, while 3 rounds or even 5 are not necessarily an accurate representation of this (esp with cold bore shots).

Top target is first 5 from the cold bore....second target is last 5 of the range session. The load was TAP T2s.

Than here is a real man's grouping of 10rds. using Hornady vmax 55gr. that is a shade under 1".

Groups were shot outta my MRP SPR.
