ADM AD Recon Mount Review

I can't speak to the Recon mount but I have been using an ADM QD Micro mount on my carbine for 2 years. I have had zero problems with it. I will be trying an ADM Recon mount soon on another project.

I have a whole slew of ADM mounts (2 Recons, a Recon-X, Aimpoint Cantilever, ACOG, 2 light rail-mounts and a bipod mount) and have never had the slightest issue with any of them...

I can also say that I've never had any issue with the few LT items I own (BUIS, one SPR mount and a bipod mount).

I prefer the ADM design (and therefore own a few more of them) - but that's based primarily on preferring the clamp over the cam. Both are solid, well designed pieces with plenty of history of performance behind them.

Neither one of them will turn you into a better shooter - but they'll both (usually) eliminate some issues that could stunt your progress.
