It seems like the BATF is always trying to pull a fast one.... Maybe it's time to write the White House and get new leadership in the BATF....

Grant, it looks like you called it right when we were discussing how the anti 2A would attack after the DC decision.

Could this just go into effect overnight? Would this make it impossible for UPS, Fedex, etc to ship ammo? Dont most gunshops even get their reloading supplies and ammo through common carriers? That would be the end of the world for shooting.

If not one group coming is after the Firearms industry, it's another. It's ridiculous.

while this could happen, couldn't companies like Federal/BH/Winchester sue over this? Wouldn't this prevent them from making a living? How would ammo reach our troops? It has to be atleast shipped off of the docks of the commercial companies to get to government depots...

Being the pessimist that I am, I see them giving waivers to the ammo that is being mfg/shipped for the US gov't.

After visiting Thomas Jefferson's Monticello home here in Charlottesville, VA again yesterday (I'm actually his neighbor... about 5 miles away), I sense the "Tree of Liberty" he so often mentioned is looking quite wilted...

Every attack (infringment) they launch only brings us closer to the line...
