Help with recreating SP1 Rifle

I have a Colt SP1 lower and I am trying to find a an upper and could use some advice. Is this an SP1 lower or, as someone told me, an M16 upper: http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/Vie...Item=188559428
Any advice on what I should be looking for would be appreciated.

That's an M16 upper. You need a big pin upper from an SP1, specifically.

The GB ad was a 604 M16 upper, not an SP1 upper.
