I recall seeing an upper lower combo but it was something like $8000 or $13000. Or something along those lines. Some gigantic amount of money. Looking for a few minutes, and I can't dig it up
I know you can get bolts and carriers with a titanium alloy finish, and firing pins made out of titanium... GAU-8 barrels have a titanium alloy applied to them.
You're talking serious money here. What parts in particular do you want to be titanium? Your cost-benefit ratio is going to be very skewed in the direction of lots of money for little benefit.
Titanium is a very difficult metal to work with.

Remember, Titanium is lighter than steel and stronger than Aluminum.
It is also heavier than Aluminum and weaker than Steel so there is not a lot it brings to the table for an AR.
I would argue the Titanium Firing Pins on an AR are a downgrade as they are weaker.
My brother saw Deliverance and bought a Bow. I saw Deliverance and bought an AR-15.
Ti makes good firing pins. It is more flexable than steel and should last longer and reduce lock time due to being lighter. Some alloys of Ti are as strong as steel and 45% lighter.

Sorry, I come from the world of long range. Forgive my ignorance.
Low grade Ti which is what most consumer aftermarket parts are made out of is weaker than 7075 aluminum
Anyone wanting Ti for this kind of stuff is a loser.

More aftermarket gadgets/widgets to separate the uninformed from their money.
