My thought being, more objective and telling to see what, if any, effects it also had on time comparing no stress vs stress. So, you may find you can get approx same pattern, but it may take a little longer with the uber high BP. Obviously, the better conditioned person who has shot under such conditions will have little difference in time between the stress and non stress testing, which is probably the case in your situation and the goal. Just thinking out loud.
Obviously, not something to throw un conditioned people into, and or, those without solid shooting skills. Just an example. I'm not a firearms instructor, just a performance trainer who likes to shoot (a lot!) and attempts to get others to employ such training to better prepare them and make sure it's the BG who does not make it home.
