I've recently finished reading "The Unthinkable: Who Survives When Disaster Strikes and Why" by Amanda Ripley and I am wondering if there are any other books that would be worth reading on the subject of training yourself to combat the effects of immobility and brain fog during an extreme situation.
I've searched for books written by specwar members about combating brain fog but haven't really located any.
I am mainly looking for exercises and training regimes to help my mind stay lucid during an attack or extreme situation. Recently after finding a few suggestions online, I've taught myself to juggle, and learned an additional language, all of which have been proven to help the brain remain cognitive under stress.
Any other suggestions?
