Help identifying a shotgun clamp/rail

I saw an interesting rail option for mounting a rail onto a shotgun barrel or magazine extension.

It was very simple. It looked like a ring that had a short picatinny rail on one side of it. It looked as though you could slide it down the magazine exention and tighten up a bolt and place the rail on either side or the bottom of the tube.

It was from a company that I hadn't hear of before but seemed well made. It was aluminum if I remember correctly.

Anyone have any idea who makes it?
