Benefits/Side Effects of L-Arginine Supplements?
I've been taking 3000 mg of L-Arginine several times a week after working out before sleep for about a month and I believe I see pretty distinct results(could just be nothing).
But, Is there any distinct benefits/side effects of it?
Whenever I search for it on the internet I get flooded by B.S. websites claiming its the miracle supplement.
"We will never sleep, 'cause sleep is for the weak.
And we will never rest, 'til we're all fking dead" -- O.S.
