Is the MOE Plus pistol-grip vaporware?

I've been wanting an MOE Plus pistol-grip since it was originally announced, but that has been years ago.

Does anyone know if this is still being considered for release, or is has it been shelved and become vaporware?

Its shown in the 2010 catalog, so I don't think its being dropped at this point. I think the MOE handguards and some other projects are taking priority.
