Here is a great reference I fount once by JEFF JOHNSON, Weapons Department Ordinance Engineering Directorate Naval Surface Warfare Center - Crane, Indiana
It appears the barrel length was actually 10.3".

TacMedic, thanks for the good info, but Scott was specifically asking about the Mk18 Block II... Well, the M4A1 CQBR since from my understanding the Mk18 Block II doesn't truly exist. The Mk18 is a complete rifle and the CQBR is the upper issued under SOPMOD Block II according to NSN's and Crane. I'm not saying this is 100% fact, but it makes sense. The CQBR is not the next phase of the Mk18, it's actually a separate program. My understanding regarding the confusion of the LMT barrels with the block II is that they may have been used in development but not in the final issue.
The info comes from AR15.com, and usually I take everything there with the smallest grain of salt, but this dude is pretty tuned in and he posted some info backing it up.
I don't know enough to say that for sure, but that's what I've found most recently on the subject and I've been looking at this stuff very closely since early on. I've also heard something similar from a buddy that was issued this upper. In any event, he's asking about the one with the Daniel Defense RIS II Mk18 rail in flat dark earth.

Proven combat techniques may not be flashy and may require a bit more physical effort on the part of the shooter. Further, they may not win competition matches, but they will help ensure your survival in a shooting or gunfight on the street. ~ Paul Howe
One other point - the Gas Block is not KAC.
There is a lot of disinformation and misinformation on this thread.
There where LMT CQBR upper bought -- its a fact several of us have seen them.
Scott -- unless your sporting a Tab I dont think you have, please dont be so quick to jump on Armati...
Gas Block on the Mk12 Mod1 and Mk18 Mod1 is Badger Ord -- however many at Crane, AWG etc think its ours, we get RFQ's on it a lot.
The key most dont understand about post 911 SOF weapons acquistion is a number of parallel programs where run.
Its all moot now, as Crane has divested itself from the Mk12 and Mk18 platforms (as well as Mk11, M4 etc) and is focused on the Mk17 and Mk20 SCAR's...
That said some entities are still getting previously contracted items, but most of those contracts are either finished, or no longer admin'd thru Crane.

I've never seen an LMT that I can recall...all of our old ones were Colts. Every time I went to Crane they were building them in the shop from cut Colt 14.5s. I never went up there after Block II came out (my last trip was for a Block II downselect).
I also did not see all of them, and they had quite a demand to fill for a time. I don't see why it couldn't be possible in the early days of that program to buy whatever was quality and available.
Scott, unfortunately many cameras and laptops ago I had some pics.
A guy I know at Crane who used to post here - has also attested to this fact, there was a comment from Crane at a point that LMT 10.5" units could be sourced if Colt where not available at some point in the early GWOT years.
I don't work for LMT, and it bear no bearing on me if you choose to beleive me or not.
Now if those where CQBR, Mk18 or another concurent program I don't know, and I doubt anyone who was issued them either.
I suggest you call Troy Smith at Crane and ask him for a detailed run down of the different short 5.56mm programs
M4Guru - your buddies (Stack) beside me had a bunch of Larue Railed LMT 10.5"s in '06 -- however knowing your older stomping group, Steve just bought those on a CC when he needed stuff (of course they also had .45 UMP's so everyone could get .45 for the 1911's and some dusct covered 6.8 guns...).
I saw some Navy LMT 10.5's in 04 in Afghan, but once again I don't have a clue on the pedegree other than they got then thru the system, as they had M4QD FH and M4RIS.
Keep in mind SOF weapons is hopelessly convoluted -- I have a hard time keeping track of what KAC items have/are being sourced by the .gov, so no one is going to get it 100% right without being omniescient.
Also I know speaking to some folks today that some entities are having to build their own RISII systems...

Well the one I had in 04 was a Colt.
