I'm not the poster of that pic but the part that makes it look different is the KAC cap that allows for easier adjustment and has storage of a spare battery underneath.

Thanks! I no sooner asked the question and subsequently found it. The one I have is driving me crazy and I'm looking to upgrade. When I saw photo No. 1 on their website with the optic mounted I was sold.
