What rail is on this rifle or is that a factory setup?

It is the Daniel Defense RIS II with cutout FSB. It is a standard rail, though perhaps not the cheapest.

My humble little 6920 OEM-1 I picked up on Thursday. Has cheap rail and furniture on it until the stuff breaks or I feel like throwing something better on it. I think it looks cool with a garand sling. Shoots great, keeps 55gr in an inch or less at 50yd using the little MBUS. I love this thing.
