I love them. Fast magnification transition, huge field of view and bomb proof.
BTW my 14.5 wears a CAR as well.

Advice, skip Retro Rifles and look into the B5-engineered Brownells CAR they use on their XM177. I have two, one for my gal's C8 and one set aside in case we build her a companion C7, and they seem pretty solid. Now if only we could get them to cut correct buttpads to go with them...
