Whats so bad about them...

Is anything wrong with DPMS's stripped lowers? I'll be the first to admit that the only reason I'm considering them is because they're available to me now/in quantity/for a low price. I was thinking of buying 2 or 3, either to put away for future projects or to build some new lower ends for a couple of uppers I have sitting around.

PS-I was going to build them up using Stag/CMT LPKs and Vltor stock parts.

I think just about any lower is fine. Some have nicer fit/finish then others, but that is usually about it.

Thanks Grant. That's what I thought, glad to hear you agree. The DPMS lowers I've seen haven't looked all that bad, IMHO...ugly roll mark panther-critter not withstanding...
