PRS would not make the weight on the M110 so it was not an option.
Sight height is an individual thing, but I actually prefer the optic a fair bit higher as opposed to a higher cheek rise.
The Magpul ACS was chosen by a user jury as to what stock to put on a M110 PIP, SOCOM had already done a safety release for the Mk11's and M110 with the old Battle Rifle collapsible stock.
I've seen a lot more Mk11's in the wild with a collapsible stock than a PRS.

Interesting news about the M110 PIP! The ACS would give you maybe a couple iches of shortness, but would do nothing to adress the comb height issue.
