I really don't think you need any special short barreled 9mm ammo for a short barreled BUG. Just pick a load off of the recommended loads shown in this table and carry what shoots reliably out of your particular pistol: https://www.m4carbine.net/showthread.php?t=19887
I doubt if the 147 gr loads would have any velocity problems. If anything the 147 gr loads are probably less fussy about short barrels than lighter bullet weights. I usually carry 147 gr Speer Gold Dot in my Walther PPS 9mm. I never chronographed it but it seems to shoot just fine.
