Surprising, considering how much HK mags run and how good their supposed to be. Id imagine an H buffer would be in order if one gets this type of malfunction? Pros on the board correct me if I'm mistaken.

Supposedly you can load 30 with the bolt closed with the PMAGS.

DONT EVER SELL GOOD MAGS! You can never have too many mags and if you think you have enough, you really dont!

Done it with mine with no problems. But I just got them so I've only run them with 30 in the mag a few times. But no troubles seating them with 30 rounds on a closed bolt.

The only mags I load to 30 is my HK mags that I only use in competition. They'll seat with 30 in them with the bolt closed, of my 7 HK mags 4 won't lock the bolt open when it runs dry. This is why I only use them for competition. Most of the time I don't load them to 30 rounds unless a particular stage is exactly 30 or 31 rounds and I don't want to have to reload. Us 'gamers' download the mags to make them easier to seat when doing reloads in competition so that they seat with less effort.

Even though Magpul P-Mags will seat w/30 I still only load 28 rounds.

My PMags will seat positively with 30 rounds inserted.

As do my CProducts SS mags.

Yes, I run the Pmags with 30 rounds. I've never had any problems inserting the magazine, including through a S&W M&P 15T. They are a little bit longer than other 30 round magazines. Sorry, I don't have a picture of a Pmag side by side with an aluminum mag.
