Got a longer video uploading now with some quicker resets with various triggers all in a row.

Here you guys go. Not seen before is the one with the Colt selector. Its a LMT USGI type trigger just like the Colt except its about 2LBs lighter and a bit smoother.

It seems the DMR has less take up than the SSA. Would you use the DMR in a shtf gun? Or stick with an SSA?

Is there any difference between the S3G and the SD3G besides the trigger shape? Do you think they are suitable on an all around gun that might be used for SD, or too light?

I think the SSA would be a better choice. The DMR is gear more towards competition shooting and precision rigs like the MK12 than a carbine for self defense. Not that it wouldn't work since they are plenty reliable just the weight is a bit low for that role.

If you like a single stage it would be a good choice but I would personally see if Geissele had a spring that adds about a pound.

AFAIK they are the same sans the shoe shape.
