    CCW HOLSTER ISSUE: HK45C

Perhaps my search/google-fu is just weak, but I am having difficulty locating a non-plastic IWB CCW holster for the HK .45C, anyone have any they use/recommend for this firearm?

Info: I was looking for something similar to the galco "most comfortable conceal carry holster" just for the above mentioned. Insight welcomed and greatly appreciated

THIS is the holster I'd order if I carried a HK45c.

Thanks for the input, however I have a question for you, why the OWB setup for the .45C, any particular reason? I myself feel, perhaps without reason, that my firearm stays better and is carried concealed with greater ease using the IWB setup. I understand in going from the factual side to the opinionated side of things with this question, but declaring the range hot for input.

That holster can be run IWB or OWB with different belt loops. I have one that I run OWB with a light and the same one without a light that I run has the OWB loops on it. Perfect setup for me!

yea I have heard many good things about Raven. Seen Travis and Chris sport them in Magpul Dynamics. Really like the way they have them set up. Will probably end up going with them, although I am curious to see what else is out there. Probably should have invested more time into the "searching" as opposed to posting a thread and waiting. Thanks though

Kramer has them for the HK45/HK45c if you want a leather holster:

I have a RCS Phantom for my full-size HK45 and I'm able to conceal it (for the most part) under a t-shirt. The wait on the Raven was a good 3-4 months. Whether you get a leather holster vs kydex depends on a whole lot of other stuff, but I'm assuming you're already read up on teh various benefits/drawbacks of each.

I have a Raven Phantom LC for my HK45 full size with a surefire X300. It really is that good. If you want leather, go with a Milt Sparks Versa Max 2.

    Just my 2 cents

R Grizzle Leather makes rigs for the HK 45 C. Very nice, too.

carrying the raven IWB is something i've grown less and less fond of from a comfort standpoint.
i also think it puts the grip a bit higher than it needs to, for concealment, comfort, and ease of clearing cover garment i'd prefer it lower.
I've basically switched to a neutral cant minotaur. not a cool guy holster i know, but very comfortable, concealable, adjustable and fast.

I carry 10-14 hours a day on average.
