Reports are it can be a little finnicky in the mags.

So far, very very cool, especially for trunk gun or bed stand guns.
Are dealers starting to get them in stock or did you get them from another channel?

SF is shipping them to dealers now. We should have our shipment shortly.

Another channel. I'm borrowing a couple from a friend. But ordering a couple for myself when they're in stock with Grant, etc.

Yes, they are shipping. We received our order of 60 rounders, but are still waiting on the 100's.

    Saw 'em

I saw some 60 rounders in PSA's storefront three or four days ago.
Almost picked 'em up but I'm a guy who thinks even 30 rounders are too long, heh.

I'd love to have one of these SF mags!

I have some regular metal 40 rounders that I put Magpul followers in and they feed awesome. I like using those 40rd ers but yeah they are a bit long.

    SF mags

Took 3 SF60s loaded with first quality M855 ammo. Loading to 60, I loaded and emptied each mag 3 times.

    I used the following rifles:

    -KAC SR-15E3
    -Colt MT 6400c
    -LT Stealth
    -Colt M16A1

In my totally unscientific, limited study, they worked perfectly. I was a little worried at first when I used my finger to push down the follower on each mag and they all dove down 30 degrees and stuck there. It in no way effected them when loaded and used. For those used to Magpul followers it may give you temporary pause but again, they worked perfectly. Remember that HK mags had followers that moved like they were on teflon coated ball bearings.

They are very well made. No I did not toss them downrange, fill them with water or mud or drive over them. At $400 for three with tax, I'm not doing that. That's why I said UNSCIENTIFIC, LIMITED STUDY.

I know all magazines are considered expendable. Maybe not these.

(That was a post of mine from another forum. Since then, 900 more rounds have gone through the SR-15 and M-16. Again, LIMITED, UNSCIENTIFIC test. But at least, unlike many in this thread, I tried them before I made opinions as to how they work. They may not be for everybody..hell, I just shoot paper and steel but SF should have enough good will in the bank with their past products to at least give them the benefit of the doubt)

Cool. As much as I HATE to support SureFire, I'm going to get a 60 some time.
