Your favorite .308/7.62 NATO rifle?

I shoot 600 yard matches monthly...I see guys with M1As all the time. They're all very proficient shooters, but none of them shoot tennis ball sized groups.

Oh, and no amount of "tweaking" will allow an M1A to shoot 1/2" groups at 600 yards, unless we're talking about cherry picked 2 shot groups.

You can do a lot with two shot groups 87. You can do a lot more with one shot groups.

Lots of ways to do it. Take a ten shot group. Throw out the five obvious fliers......
