    Question New England Area

I am new to the group and this is my first post so please forgive if it isn't where is should be. I have been searching the training and tactics section and have not come accross anything for training courses in the New England - New York areas. Would anyone have any suggestions for me? I would like formal training with my M4 Carbine.

    Thanks,
    Steve

    Cool New England Are

So it looks like my options for training in the Connecticut area is pretty slim pickens. I live in Connecticut and if anyone that would like to be an instructor/coach for me please let me know. It goes without saying that I would expect to pay for instructions/coaching just like any other sport.

    Thanks,
    Steve:

    Steve,
Bill Jeans of Morrigan Consulting some times trains in NH. Bill is a superb instructor, one of the quiet professionals, who was the operations manager at Gunsite under Jeff Cooper. http://www.morrigan-consulting.com/

Jeff Gonzales of Trident Concepts also instructs in the NH area as well. Jeff is a superb instructor and runs his class/students hard, better be in shape and ready to roll. http://www.tridentconcepts.com/index.aspx

    Fortini,

I am from Connecticut originally. Welcome to M4C.net. Progressive F.O.R.C.E. Concepts based out of Las Vegas (where I now reside) runs courses in CT. Their website is www.pfctraining.com. Also, SIG Arms has an academy in New Hampshire that offers a number of different types of firearms training courses http://www.sigarms.com/EducationTraining/

If you don't mind traveling your options open up quite a bit if you go south to Virginia/North Carolina or west just outside of Pittsburgh, PA in West Virginia (Storm Mountain).

    Thumbs up New England Area

Thanks to all that provided information and links. With limited gun shops here in the Connecticut area it is sometimes hard to find information or should I say good information. Again, thanks to all !!
