    Customer Service

Just got an email from Ross Johnson, CEO of TacMed. (At 8pm on a Saturday!)
He's having a replacement SOFTT-W sent immediately on Monday to replace mine. The run in question ended on 10/27.
If you need replacement he recommended that you call TacMed on Monday and ask for Katie. She'll arrange the prompt replacement.

Kudos for standing behind your product 110%.

After using vrious tournequetes over the years in many different tactical environments i must say that if one tourniquet could take the beating it is this one. B far the best that I have used from ratchet, cat, improvised, and some of the crazier ones.. Even the cat and improved cat would have failed way before the "150%" mark. Cheers
