I saw commercials for most at one point. Can honestly say that there isn't a single item on that list that I tried or knew was missing.

I have eaten #1-4, but never seen, nor heard of 5 and 6. And 7, meh, im not a ketchup consumer in the slightest, hell I dont even have ketchup in my refrigerator at all.

I will just say that the Double Down was perhaps the most ridiculous thing I have eaten. Lets swap the bun for 2 fried chicken patties THEN put bacon between them. I think I had a breakfast double down that included an egg in the middle. Except for the fried part, the thing had TONS of protein.

Wow, that double down and the pizza looked like a heart attack waiting to happen....What will we have next? A sausage/egg sandwich in between two donuts? Oh yea....we do have that already....
