Is there any reason that the POF XP .308 stripped lower is so much more than the Armalite Stripped lower? Is there something that i'm missing that makes the POF better? Any input would be great!

It's billet, POF designed it from the ground up, it has an ambidextrious bolt release, it uses superior magazines, and probably more I'm missing. It's a low production high quality specialty item.
It won't fit an Armalite rifle, so I'm not sure it matters anyways. The last I heard the POF rifles aren't even interchangeable with the DPMS stuff like they were originally supposed to be, but I'm not 100% on that.
Looking at the complete rifle MSRP's and what the rifles come with standard, I think their pricing is decent. I think they should have gone with a different rail, but that's just me.
The luxury of freedom was not free.
