    They're great little carbines.

    I sold my father the one I had, and mounted a Trijicon 1.5x TA44R-4 Compact ACOG on it.

    He'll be 70 in Feb. and really appreciates the light weight and the handling characteristics. Does everything he needs it to.




    I'm with Rob_S though, I think my next AR Carbine will be a Colt 6720.

    I recently picked up a 6601c and really love it. But i was close to getting a used 6920 until someone bought it before i could.

    It was going for $850.

    Colt, lightweight, M4 handguards, small-pin lower, FA carrier, $900...There's an awful lot of WIN in this thread.

    Congratulations! I was bitten by the 6520 bug as soon as I held one due to perceived handiness. I've changed some stuff but it still says Gov't Carbine on the lower .
