Here is mine that I finished this morning.
After taping off-lenses and bottom of ADM mount.
First 2 coats of Flat Black paint.
First coat of Tan paint.
The finished painted Sight with 3 coats of Tan and tape removed.
Overall, I am happy with my paint-job. I will let it sit on the shelf for a week or two, then mount-it and use it again.
There was a couple of areas around the intensity switch which have some silver showing. Ditto for the inside of the front and rear lenses. As someone has already said, take your time taping and make sure that you sand it down well before you start.
I was going to touch it up, but after considering that it will be used. I'll wait until it gets scratched-up and just paint it over again.

P.S. I used #400 grit sand paper, Lowell's brand Tan and Black spray paint. Also, I found that by using a discarded/ empty USPS Large shipping box it was easy to paint the sight and move-it around without physically touching the sight.
