I have two lowers that I am told are worth having for folks trapped in states where you still have the pre ban vs post ban issues.
The Colt started out life as an H-BAR, after I bought it (pre-ban) I turned it into a CAR-15 style carbine. I have less than 1000 rounds through this lower as we didn't have a patrol rifle program up and running back then.
This is a complete lower with a Colt collapsible stock assembly installed with an H buffer. The gun lower is the push pin style but it has the block installed in the lower to keep anyone from converting the lower into a full auto. Because of this I am throwing in the correct bolt carrier.
I have little experience with pricing in the ban states, but I am told this should be worth in the area of $700 with the shape its in and the features it has.
Both of these lowers run perfectly with the Colt Uppers that I have on hand, with every ammo I have tried from Black Hills to LC XM193 to Wolf and Tula.

I'd be interested in a 6.8 upper of quality make as a trade.
