    Sorry for the bump, but this is the exact set up I want so I figured I would see if anyone has an update.

    Almost 1/2", here is a 12.0" barrel with 11" TRX.

    I am going to end up running a 10.5" setup from LMT with a 9" TRX extreme fore end. I think you could run the 11" rail with an 11.5" barrel, but you wouldnt be able to mount a suppressor. Since I decided I wanted to eventually be able to run a suppressor I decided the 9" on a 10.5" would work out well. I have seen this setup in person and its slick.
