    Maryland LEO question

    Is the Gerber 06 Automatic Knife legal in Maryland?

    Dang, would love to purchase one, but knowing how strict Maryland is - the knife would be on the banned list.

    You can own it but you can't carry it like a traditional "pen knife" since it is consider an auto/switchblade.
