Who's using the LMT tactical front sight?

I've done searches but I can't find much on this particular sight. I have been thinking about running it with a Larue rear buis. If you own it what's your opinion on it and does it stay put? I have been going back and forth about whether to get it or a folding m4 style front sight. BTW, my rifle is a LMT MRP with a 16" barrel. Thanks!

I like mine a lot. I replaced the thumbwheel with a aircraft nut to have a lower profile. No problems with it coming loose over a couple thousand rounds.
I keep hearing about my gun rights, but I just can't seem to find them.

Sweet, thanks! I also see your running the Larue rear buis on a MRP no less. What size nut are you using and where did you get it? Thanks again!

Not to get off topic too much but are the apertures on the LMT fixed rear sight same plane? Are their carry handles set up the same way? If so, where do you zero to make the adjustments in the range wheel fall into place? I've always held over but wondered how this works.

Both have standard A2 aperatures. Not same plane. You can change them out to same plan, Ashley makes one that I installed in a LaRue BUIS.

I have one on one of my ARs and it's worked great thus far after I tightened it sufficiently. Good quality stuff like you expect from LMT.
