But we are talking about a nuke (doesn't have to be missile delivered), not a dirty bomb.

I tend to group radioactive dirty bombs with real nukes, even though it's incorrect.

But if we are talking about a real A-bomb/H-bomb, I believe the next nation to be struck with one will be the usual suspects in the middle east/asia.

If our embassy in Dakar got hit, it would have the same results as if they attacked Portland. Why take the risk of discovery? Of course the American death toll would be a bit different. But terrorist are in the business of fear. So if we're talking terrorist I don't really think it matters who or where they hit, the fact that they did hit somebody would be the game changer, and forever change the world.

And on top of that, I don't think I'll live to see the day that such an event occurs, I think the chances of SK- NK or Pak-India nuking each other is far more probable than a terrorist getting a fission device and setting it off.
