Is this "Itty Bitty" a AAC project? Or a new player without track record?

If its AAC, will it be a head to head competitor with the Surefire small can that is less expensive? Is that the hope?

    Damn you AAC!
Price point is good. Can is small. What is the DB decrease on these?

I'll put in a good word for the Gemtech G5. The QD system is great (better than AAC's IMO) and sound reduction performance is quite good. Size and weight is comparable with competitors.

22 db according to the booklet AAC has at their booth.

AAC's sales rep said on SilencerTalk that it uses a new baffle stack designed to work with less volume.

For the size, our options look to be AAC, Ops Inc, and Surefire. AAC looks to sit very nicely in between the two in price, and if it works as well as advertised it'll be popular. Tac Ops supposedly has a small 5.56 suppressor and the folks who have them swear by them, but there's no information about them.
