What buffer and buffer spring are you using?

As of right now a H buffer and LMT carbine spring. Although today I plan on ordering a Noveske branded BCM gunfighter CH and a H2 buffer. What spring would you recommend?

Im going to try and tune it to work on suppressed and non suppressed without changing buffers/springs.

Can anyone recommend a higher power buffer spring? I had some failures to feed after 400 dirty rounds and it got sluggish. Other than that it ran like a top.
