Good point there. If he'd been wearing maybe a polo and khakis and a jacket with his company's logo, he'd have been a bit more convincing. It would have also helped if he'd have shown a bunch of closeups with his doohickey in action, rather than wasting a bunch of ammo and pointlessly showing his pistol off.

Wow, I have to watch this video. I was basing my earlier statement on the earlier thread about this stupid product, not the video. But, this video seems like it's worth it's weight in gold as a training example of what the hell not to do, and be.

That video of them in the snow was painful to watch.
Somebody needs to teach that guy to keep his muzzle pointed in a safe direction.
    He missed the golden rule:
Do not point your gun at anything you do not want to destroy.

I guess he wants to destroy his buddy.

Minor point of contention: your understanding of this particular Rule is not up to speed. This Rule is about willingness, not intent.

The whole 'better safe than sorry' line pops into my mind. I've had a round go off by my own error before, luckily for me it went down range.

Thank you for pointing that out, getting my words all mixed up.

No shit!!! Charging an AR with either a Gunfighter or Badger is 1 of the easiest things to do. I dont need a huge chunk of metal hanging off the side of my gun.

IG is correct tho.....if this thing had a Magpul logo on it half the people talking shit on here would be buying it and kissing the designers ass.

The comments that "if it were Magpul people would like it" fundamentally make no sense. Magpul has cultivated the following it has through making sure the products they offer are generally useful and well made (for what they are). While Magpul produces at least as many products that aren't my cup of tea as are, all of their products fill a specific role and do so well.

Yes, if it was Magpul people would dig it, but it would never be Magpul because Magpul doesn't sell worthless crap that's as likely (if not more so) to damage your gun as improve it.*

*Yes, I'm aware some people have experienced reliability problems with the BAD, but many haven't, and almost everyone who's tried it has tried it because it does offer a useful aid to the AR-15s manual of arms.
