45ACP/200 gr ballistics info?

Did a couple of searches that came up empty.

Does anyone know of any terminal ballistics information on 45 ACP/200 gr bullets to include the Gold Dot.

I am wondering how JMBs original idea of a 200gr bullet compares to the 230gr?

In general, the 230 gr loads perform better. The last time we tested the 200 gr Gold Dot, it had quite a few problems compared to the better 230 gr loadings. If you want to go with a lighter bullet, the Barnes 185 gr XPB works reasonably well.

I don't necessarily "need" to go to a lighter bullet, just wanted to see the testing results since I noticed Speer sells them in +P.
